Emergency Plan

1. Report emergency to senior camp administrators.
2. Emergency determination decision will be made by senior camp administrators.
3. Emergency procedures plan will be activated. Air horn will be sounded.
4. Unit leaders assemble their unit and take attendance. Please remember to include all assigned Program Aides in your attendance.
5. Keeping the unit together as a group, WALK out of Clatter Valley Park toward the main parking lot on Clatter Valley Road. Please keep the unit quiet and orderly. Exit as far as possible into the parking lot.
6. Further procedures will be communicated by radio from Barn adults.
7. Emergency telephone chain will be activated by senior camp administrators ONLY.
8. If warranted, buses will arrive to evacuate campers and staff to the East Street School building at 50 East Street, New Milford for parent pick-up.
9. Unit leaders sign campers out to their parents.
10. These emergency procedures will be posted on our website.
